These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Michiana Air Activities Flying Club website (the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
The Site is operated by Michiana Air Activities Flying Club (“MAA,” “we,” “us”), a nonprofit flying club based at Elkhart Municipal Airport (KEKM) in Elkhart, Indiana. The Site provides general information about the club, aircraft, meetings, and operations, and may provide access to forms or resources.
All content on this Site is provided for general informational purposes only. Nothing on the Site constitutes flight instruction, operational authorization, airworthiness determination, legal advice, medical advice, or a substitute for your own judgment and responsibility as a pilot. Submission of a form does not guarantee membership acceptance or immediate access to aircraft or club resources.
